MAINTAINING YOUR INTERCEPTOR AND DRAINAGE SYSTEMS
Interceptors are designed to catch hydrocarbons and silt and discharge them into the foul or surface water drainage system. Any breach in discharge consent levels could lead to contamination fines from Scottish Water. Proven experts in interceptor cleaning, emptying and sampling, Taylors Industrial Services

INTERCEPTOR SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS
Taking periodic samples of your interceptors over a minimum period of 12 months provides you with accurate pass or failure data and sound conformance advice. Failure to stay within consent levels may lead to fines, making it imperative that you have a regular maintenance schedule that includes interceptor sampling.
Analysis of samples is undertaken independently by a UKAS accredited laboratory. This ensures there is no conflict of interest between our sampling and our maintenance provision. Our coverage area includes Dundee, Kirkwall, Inverness, Perth, Paisley, Kirkcaldy, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Glasgow, the Outer Hebrides and the Shetlands.
